Filing a notice
If you believe content associated with Clipus (this website, or material we've published) infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@clipus.app including:
Required information
(1) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf. (2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed. (3) Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. a URL). (4) Your contact information — address, phone number, and email. (5) A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. (6) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with: your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate access for anyone determined to be a repeat infringer.

Clipus is desktop software you run on your own computer, not a hosting platform — we don't host or serve the videos you process. You are solely responsible for having the rights to any video you clip, caption, or export with Clipus.
